Mus musculus Lung 100-499 mg

200 mg of mouse lung was added to a 2 mL tube with 2.8 mm ceramic beads and 1 mL of Tris. Sample was processed on the Bead Ruptor 24 at 5.65 m/s for 3 cycles of 30 seconds with 5 second dwells.
