High-Throughput Genomic DNA and Protein Extraction from Multiple Tissue Types using the Bead Ruptor 96 Bead Mill Homogenizer

In the following application, rat tissue was homogenized using the Bead Ruptor 96 for multiple downstream methodologies. DNA was extracted from tissue homogenate using the Omni Tissue DNA Extraction Kit and was further analyzed via spectrophotometry and visualization on an agarose gel, while also performing peptide separation and analysis via reverse-phase LC-MS/MS.
