Rattus norvegicus Liver 1-5 g

3 g of rat liver was placed in a 15 mL tube containing 2.8 mm ceramic beads and 4 mL of water. Sample was processed on the Bead Ruptor 24 at 5.8 m/s for 45 seconds.
