Gallus gallus domesticus Liver 1-5 g

5 g of chicken liver was placed in a 30 mL tube containing 2.8 mm ceramic beads and 10 mL of water. Sample was processed on the Bead Ruptor 24 at 5 m/s for 2 cycles of 45 seconds.
