10 g (about 4 pieces) of gummy bears was loaded to a 50 mL milling jar with one 25 mm stainless steel ball. The sample was submerged in liquid nitrogen for 3 minutes. The sample was then processed on the Bead Ruptor 96 at 25 Hz for one and a half minutes.
