Cannabis sativa Flower <50 mg

30 mg of hemp flower was placed in a 2 mL tube containing 2.8 mm ceramic beads and 500 µL of CTB Buffer. Sample was processed on the Bead Ruptor 12 at 3.7 m/s for 20 seconds.
