Bos Taurus Bone 1-5 g

Break cow bone into smaller shards that will fit into a 50 mL milling jar. Add 5 g into the jar along with one 25 mm stainless steel ball. Place the sample jar into liquid nitrogen for 3 minutes. Load sample into Bead ruptor 96 and process at 25 hz for 2 minutes.
