50 mg of mosquitos in a 96-deep well plate containing 2.4 mm stainless steel beads and 1 mL of CTL bubber (Omega-Biotek). Sample was processed on the Bead Ruptor 96 at 24 HZ for 5 minutes,rotating the plate halfway through the cycle.
