High-Throughput Extraction of Cannabinoids from Cannabis Analog on the Prep 96 Automated Homogenizer

In the following application, pre-ground hops (used as an analog for cannabis) were spiked with analytical standards and were homogenized using the Omni Prep 96. Homogenates underwent analysis with reverse phase HPLC and were compared to controls to show that further homogenization of ground products results in more accurate detection of cannabinoid concentrations.
